
‘Kveik’ refers to a type of yeast used in traditional Norwegian farmhouse beer. ‘Tart’ because of Saga’s gently refreshing acidity.
The kveik yeast used to produce Saga provides a naturally fruity flavour. Brewed with wheat and lager malts, and lightly hopped to produce a deliciously refreshing session beer. This beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered. Suitable for vegans.
